This house has high vaulted ceilings giving it a spacious, airy feel and has recently been upgraded. The family room has a leather sectional sofa, new artwork and a large flat screen TV with soundbar.

All of the bedrooms have been themed to make guests stay that little bit more special and enchanting. The ground master bedroom is New York themed and is ensuite. The second master bedroom, the Safari bedroom, has access to the shower / cloak room. Upstairs the Country and Mickey Mouse twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is also Mickey themed. Last but not least, the Art Deco bedroom is modern and comfortable and also has it's own bathroom. The Reading area is great if you want to sit and relax in their own space.

The Rock and Roll themed games room is amazing! Play slot machines, pool, air hockey, fusball, watch TV, DVDs, play the games console or listen to music. This games room has something for everyone and will provide hours of fun - who needs the parks!

The villa has a private pool and spa and a covered area on the pool deck for guests wanting to sit in the shade. The pool deck has sun beds to soak up the Florida sunshine and there is table and chairs to enjoy a poolside drink or snack. The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.

To keep in touch there is free Internet access is available and also free local & long distance calls in the USA and Canada.

Hampton Lakes is conveniently situated close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways around it. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Hampton Lakes is just off Hwy 27 and is located well for Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 20 minute drive to the south. The nearby Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
