Our beautiful, spacious, 5 Bedroom Villa with extended decking area housing the pool/jacuzzi. Catching the sun from early morning until sunset. Overlooks a lake and is absolutely brilliant watching the wildlife in and around the lake. Ideally located for easy access to major theme parks, Disneyworld is just 11 miles away. Supermarkets, restaurants, malls are just minutes drive away. Golf courses in abundance, again just minutes away. Located Downstairs the villa has 2 Queen Master en-suite bedrooms. 1st Master en-suite has double vanity unit, roman bath, shower cubicle, w.c. 2nd Master en-suite has single vanity unit, shower cubicle, w.c. Lounge area has 50" flat screen cable TV/DVD. CD player, ipod doc Breakfast nook with seating for 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockery etc. Dining area for the formal meal with seating for 8. Games room has tv, 90" pool table, table tennis, foozeball, games console. There is a good selection of Books for our guests use. Located upstairs, 3rd Queen sized Bedroom with baby crib, 4th bedroom has twin beds and is Disney Themed, ideal for the kiddies. 5th Bedroom is twin bedded. The upstairs bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom, with single vanity unit, bath, overhead shower, w.c. 4 bedrooms have tv, with streaming device. Ceiling fans in 4 of the bedrooms We love the villa and we want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. Estate amenities, Floodlit tennis courts, basketball. Volleyball, kiddies play areas.
