Property Description Looking for a place that’ll comfortably sleep a group of two couples with two children each? Look no further. This is the place for you. This private pool vacation villa has, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s go over the bed layout. Bedrooms one and two are essentially both master bedroom suites. They both have a large king-size bed, and they both have an en-suite bathroom. The only difference is that one of the rooms has a larger en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also the same in that they both have two single beds – perfect for young children. One of the bedrooms is even Mickey themed! Now, for the communal areas. As you enter through the double front doors, you’ll pass the main living room on your right-hand side. Here, there are 3 leather sofas and a large flat screen TV in the corner. This is the ideal room for everyone to sit down, relax, and watch a movie together. To the left of the living room is the kitchen. It comes fully equipped and ready to handle any meal that you want to make. It also has plenty of countertop space, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. If you want everyone to sit down together, there’s a formal dining area just off the kitchen. Know what the two most popular parts of this villa are? The games room and the pool. The games room is in the converted garage and has a table tennis table and basketball game. The screened-in pool area offers much to do outside. You can take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the loungers, talk outside under the lanai, or simply admire the view of the golf course.
