Lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the popular golfing community of Highlands Reserve on Hwy 27, very convenient for shopping, restaurants and area attractions. Community facilities include community pool, children's playground and onsite golfcourse. This fabulous home is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout and features a living area and family room with TV and DVD. There is also a dining area with seating for 6 and large fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, pots & pans, silverware, dishware etc. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. The further two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. The private pool is fully screened to keep out the bugs and can be heated for an additional fee during the cooler months. The pool area backs onto a wooded area for additional privacy. There is a shaded lanai area with table and 4 chairs for outside dining. The garage has been converted into a games room featuring a foosball table, an air hockey/pool table combo and a basketball net. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Sleeps up to 8 people.
