Fabulous 4 bedroom family home, with its own private pool. The Master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a large 50 inch flat screened TV. There is a queen bedroom, and two twin rooms. Two separate living areas, dining area, kitchen and breakfast room. Pool with loungers and chairs for your relaxation after a long day at the park.

This house is ideally situated in the Florida Pines development 20 minutes from Disney theme parks, and 45 minutes from the beautiful Gulf coast. Close to the golf courses at the Highlands Reserve, this home is an ideal base for that holiday of a lifetime.

This home has a new Games room and also benefits from HDTV and WiFi internet access. It will keep the family entertained with its pool table, soft darts and air hockey table. There is also a ceiling fan in the games room to cool things down when the competition gets too hot!!
The family room has a 46 inch flat screen HDTV / dvr / dvd players, two sofas one of which converts into a comfortable double bed for those additional guests.
The formal living room also has 2 sofas.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, phone, a huge 50 inch wall mounted flat screen LCD TV, walk in closet, and ceiling fan. The private master en suite bathroom consists of bath with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer.

The formal dining area has seating for 6 and there is additional seating in the breakfast nook for 4 more guests. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
