The master bedroom has a king size bed an en suite bathroom and a covered lani. There is also two additional twin size beds in the second bedroom. In the living room there is also a full size pull out bed. This unit sleeps up to 6 people.

This unit comes with Wifi and cable TV and flat screen TVs in all rooms. The unit comes with a gorgeous granite countertop, fully equipped kitchen. There is: a blender, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, and all cups/glassware. The unit also comes with an in unit washer and dryer. All linens and towels are included, we also include starter toiletries which includes: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer liquid. It also has an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers. 

This unit is on the 11th floor has fantastic ocean view! Riviera Club is a fantastic development on the south end of Ft. Myers Beach.

This condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and boat rentals in Santini Plaza. The beach trolley also stops outside of the condo development and will take you as far south as Lover's Key, and as far north as Times Square.
