This quaint town house is newly tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.Completed this Fall 2011. With light and colorful carpets and furniture it really gives you a fresh feeling.Enter through the front door to pass the kitchen and dining area.The kitchen has a breakfast area that seats up to six people, while the dining area has a more formal dining table and six chairs.<br />The kitchen is fully equipped with utensilles and appliances including a microwave, range, oven, fridge, freezer and dish washer and there is even a closet on the ground floor which houses a clothes washer and dryer.<br />The lounge has a large corner sofa great after a day at the parks & the it also has bar stools perfect for a cold beer.There is a large flat screen TV which is served with cable and there is a DVD to play any movies that you may have available.You can gain access to the rear of the property and a private enclosed sun lounging seated area via a pair of glass sliding doors. The external patio or second floor balcony are great places to relax with a bottle of wine on an evening. Catch up with friends & share holiday photos with wireless internet while on the patio.<br />Access the first floor via the stairs that lead from the lounge where you will find three nicely sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.All the bedrooms are fitted with clothes closets and a full and two twin beds respectfully, whilst the master bedroom is on the ground floor & has a queen bed.The master is of course en-suite. All the other bedrooms are on the first floor, bedroom two has its own bathroom & bedrooms three & four share a large bathroom. The bedroom layout is one queen, two full & two twins.All bedrooms have T.V's in them to relax after a day in the parks. The home also has high speed wireless internet.
