This luxurious privately owned villa, consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully air conditioned with screened private pool and is located at Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, Orlando. The villa overlooks the peaceful tranquillity of a wooded conservation area, which is ideally located for all the theme parks, and also provides the ideal base to relax and unwind after a thrilling day at the theme parks or shops.
The villa has a lounge that is tastefully furnished and includes a comfortable suite, television (Satellite Direct TV), DVD player and CD stereo unit. Internet connection also provided by Century Link.
For those who wish to eat in there is a formal dining area and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the home comforts that you would expect, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all other necessities, including ample utensils. A separate utility room is fitted out with a washing machine and drier all this goes together to make this a holiday always to be remembered. Bed linen, towels and all other requirements are catered for in our home, pool towels included, so that you do not even need to take a hair drier!
The pool area has a covered area with table and chairs, with the pool deck being spacious, where there are sunbeds located for those wishing to relax in the sun. The whole pool area is screened in to avoid insects penetrating your peace and quiet. Some pool toys are provided. The rear garden overlooks a wooded conservation area, which adds to the quiet and peacefulness of your stay. Heating for the pool can be provided at an extra charge of $20.00 per day. This has to be paid for with the booking fee.
The management company will provide the heating upon request by you, if you feel the need of it and you then pay them at that time (There will be a $40.00 call out fee in this instance). The management company is available 24 hours a day to assist with any emergencies that arise, and they are just a telephone call away.
