Just thought I would drop you a quick email tho let you know we had a great vacation at the villa. Everything was pretty perfect. Great location and facilities. You may want to update the web info which states that there is a gas BBQ, which I know is not possible in the screened area due to State restrictions. That aside we would definitive visit again and recommend to friends and family.

| Hi George, everything was good at the villa. it would be helpful if there was more than one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom when you first arrive. The staff was responsive to our call about the faulty shower head. it was fixed by the time we got home. definitely nicer to stay in a house rather than a hotel room. i was a little confused about my responsibility re: the linens. i ended up washing everything! anyways, thanks alot. shelly eichen |

| Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home but only had trouble with the main power going out and after the first two days the hot tub (spa) did not heat up . We will be renting from you again next year. Thank you very much for everything. |

| We enjoyed very much our stay. However, I was very dissatisfied with the bad existing internet signal. Even, the last 3 days of our stay, there were no signal at all.
Other problems were the poorly lighting in the kitchen and dining area and the lack of any device to support shampoo, etc. in the shower of the bath of the suite. |

| Hallo Georg und liebes FloridaBestVillas-Team,
bei unserem diesjährigen USA-Urlaub haben wir uns nicht für ein Hotel, sondern für eine Villa von FloridaBestVillas entschieden. Wir hatten zuerst einige Bedenken, da die Miete für die komplette Villa mit eigenem Pool nicht teurer war, als die für ein gutes Hotelzimmer.
Jetzt können wir sagen dass die Villa das Highlight unseres Urlaubs war. Es war alles so, wie auf der Internet-Seite beschrieben, top gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben Euch schon an Freunde weiterempfohlen, die für 2010 bei Euch buchen werden.
Bei unserem nächsten Florida-Besuch werden wir selbstverständlich auch
wieder Eure Dienste in Anspruch nehmen.

Die Villa lag sehr zentral zu den Parks,war sehr schön,sauber und gut ausgestattet.Danke noch fürs Begrüßungsgeschenk.Auch die Finanziele abwicklung ging sehr gut.Kaution war sogar schneller zurück als erwartet.Wenn wir wieder nach Florida kommen werden wir Euch bestimmt buchen.

die Beratung und Hilfe bei Fragen war enorm gut, das Haus mit Ausstattung ( Zimmer, Küche, Bäder, Pool mit Screen und Heizung) und Aussicht ( See, Wald, Adler, usw.) für uns einfach nur traumhaft. Ruhig gelegen, aber nah zu allem was man brauchte.
Kurzum wir waren rundum zufrieden und relaxt. Bei Bedarf werden wir euch auf jeden fall gerne wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
