Details about the villa:
As you enter the house there is a living area to the right which has a large flat screen TV, games console and DVD player. This is open plan with the formal dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kitchen dining table with view at the pool and is open to the family room which has a corner sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player. Off of the family room there is a toilet, the laundry (leading through to the garage) and the master bedroom. The master has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate walk in shower.
Upstairs sees a further six bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is another master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and three bedrooms with twin beds. There are also two separate bathrooms, one on either side of the house.
The garage has a games room which has a pool table, basketball net and foosball table. The villa has 4 TV's.
