This charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom end townhome is nestled in the sought-after resort of Emerald Island. This resort is perfectly situated for guests looking to explore the best of Central Florida, as it is just minutes from the popular US-192, which features an enormous array of restaurants, take-outs and grocery stores, and 15 minutes from Championsgate. Perhaps the most important destination: the Walt Disney World Resort area is less than 15 minutes from your doorstep!
The living area is a bright, comfortable space featuring a HD television with cable services and high speed WiFi to relax after a busy day. However, you may prefer to sit and enjoy a glass of wine on your private balcony; overlooking the resort pool, it's the perfect way to spend a lazy sunny afternoon.
The kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your stay, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster and an abundance of utensils. There is a separate WC downstairs.
The home features a generous first-floor master suite, which is easily accessible without stairs and has its own connected bathroom. Upstairs there is a further Queen-size bedroom with access to the private balcony and its own ensuite, and two additional bedrooms with twins and a queen share a bathroom.
All of the rooms have their own TVs with cable, WIFI access, bed linen and towels. There is also a washer and dryer for use during your stay.
The home boasts two outdoor areas additional to the upstairs balcony - a front and rear porch with seating are screened to enjoy the evening without any bugs. The resort pool is just a few paces from the home and offers plenty of loungers, shaded picnic tables plus a hot tub.
