A 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom town home situated on the resort of Emerald Island within minutes from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee.This is a fantastic home for your base if you are wanting to be out and about to the parks or shopping by day and want peace and quiet when you return.

The house is at the end of a block and is tucked away in a quiet corner of the resort. It looks out onto conservation on the right and a lake out the back so there is little to disturb you once you have closed the door.

The house comprises an open plan ground floor which has a fully equipped kitchen to the right as you enter which overlooks a dining area and a living area. There are patio doors which allows light to flood in and gives you the view to wide open spaces and the lake. The floor is laid to tile so gives a nice cool feel to the home. There is also a half bath and laundry room downstairs.

Upstairs there are the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and a balcony to allow you to sit out and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share the other bathroom.

This part of the Emerald Island resort has it’s own gated entrance and it’s own community pool. Opposite the entrance to the town homes are the resort tennis courts. A short walk or drive further up the resort driveway will bring you to all the other facilities Emerald Island has to offer. Emerald Island has an impressive dolphin fountain which can lead you to the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation.

Outside the clubhouse is a community pool, spa pool and sun-deck to relax on. There is also a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts and a sandy volleyball court or if you like to stretch your legs there is a nature trail for you to walk around. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is conveniently located for all your vacation needs.
