This spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa was built in October 2000, and is only a 15 minute drive from the Disney theme parks. This fully furnished modern property has its own private outdoor heated swimming pool and sleeps 6 comfortably.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and has smoke alarms and emergency lighting. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a 24 hour management company on site, if assistance is required.

Bass Lake is a private gated community just off Hwy 27, one mile from Hwy 192, and 7.5 miles from the Interstate 4. The estate is a complimentary mix of private residential homes and holiday homes, and has two outdoor pools (one of which is heated) and a spa. There is access to a 400 acre natural lake with a fishing pier (for which a permit is required that can be obtained locally), a boat ramp, and some barbecues and picnic tables.

Lounge
The lounge is large and spacious, and the extending dining table and six chairs can be used as for the dining area. There is a love seat and a three seater sofa. There is a 25'' cable television with a video player. From the lounge, there is access to the swimming pool area through patio doors which are fully alarmed.

Kitchen
Our modern kitchen will suit all your needs should you wish to eat at our villa. There is a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, and a coffee maker. There is also a table with four chairs. There is a telephone which accepts pre-paid phone cards - Local calls within Polk County are free.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom comprising a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. There are two night stands, a dresser unit and fitted wardrobes. There is also a cable television, radio alarm clock and telephone.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and has fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three share a separate bathroom, comprising a bath with shower, wash basin, and a toilet.

Pool
The large outdoor pool is south facing and enjoys a sunny aspect, measuring 26' by 13'. The pool is kidney shaped with a depth range of 3' to 5' and is fully enclosed by an insect screen for your comfort and privacy. A fibre optic light can be used to illuminate the pool in the evenings. The pool area is furnished with patio furniture and recliners.

In the spacious double garage there are the following items: A Washer Dryer, two adult bicycles, and a 3 in 1 table game comprising table football, air hockey, and table tennis.
