This modern vacation townhome is perfect for medium -sized families (up to 10 people) who want access to great resort amenities, their own private splash pool, and closeness to Disney World (12 miles). The living room is large, spacious and bright. It has tiled flooring, plenty of comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall--perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on after a long day out at the parks. Enjoy cooking? You'll love this kitchen! It overlooks the living and dining areas, making it perfect for entertaining. It has beautiful stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you'd need to put together all your favorite home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which will seat up to 4 people, or at the dining table, which will seat up to eight people. Fancy somewhere to cool off after a long day out in the Florida heat? No problem! Head to the splash pool at the back of the house. It's screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there is patio furniture dotted around the pool area to relax on.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a single-over-double bunkbed. And the fourth bedroom is princess themed and has two single beds, which are perfect for younger children. Last bedroom has a queen-size bed. The best part? All bedrooms have their own TV, so there won't be any fighting over the TV remote.

Champions Village is the development's retail center, and it is anchored by Lakeland, Florida based Publix Super Market. McDonalds, Subways, Walgreens, 7/Eleven, Chili's Grill and Bar, Miller's Ale House, Red Robin, Regions Bank, and Watson Realty. Additional restaurants and retail stores are currently underway to complement the existing shopping center.
