Property Description This 4-bedroom villa is located in the tranquil setting of Clear Creek. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8. As you enter the villa, you’ll see the formal living room on your left and the formal dining area on your right. The formal living area has a white sofa, two red armchairs, and is the perfect place to sit down and have a quiet conversation with others. The formal dining area has a circular glass table with four floral cloth seats. As you continue forward, you’ll come across the fully-equipped kitchen. It has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. There is also the breakfast nook just off the kitchen which has seating for up to 6. The informal living room is large, spacious, and has a large flat screen TV. Access to the pool is via the patio door in the informal living room. The screened-in pool area is complemented by a large outdoor table with ample chairs and lounge seats for all guests. The pool area backs onto a conversation area and with fencing either side, you are ensured of that little extra privacy during those relaxation hours.There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, chunky bedroom furniture, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom 4 has two single bed beds. The double garage houses the laundry facilities (washer and dryer). It also doubles as games room with a luxury pool table and air hockey table. Community Description Clear Creek rental home community is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one- and one-half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall. US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention! You will never run out of things to do and you will be only minutes away from your peaceful vacation home haven at Clear Creek.
