This cozy 1st floor condo is situated in the Club Cortile resort and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6. The condo is tiled throughout except for the bedrooms, which are carpeted. The dining area of this condo is a great place to socialize and enjoy a meal. It has a wrought iron table and chairs and can seat up to 6. The kitchen is large for a condo and comes fully equipped with everything you'd need to cook a big meal for the family. The living area is comfortable, with two sofas and a large flat screen TV. This is a great area for the family to socialize and watch some TV. The living area's patio doors lead to a covered patio area with patio furniture where you can sit down and relax with a drink outside. The master room has a king-sized bed along with a dresser and flat screen TV. The second bedroom also boasts a king-sized bed. The third room with its sunny interior and twin beds is ideal for children.
Community Description
Crisp lines of stuccoed buildings encircle a small lake with recreation facilities at one end, just inside Club Cortile's entry gate. Townhomes and condos with three or four bedrooms are tastefully decorated with premium quality furnishings. Each unit has a full kitchen, laundry and private screened patio or balcony. The two-story townhomes have a first-floor bedroom which can accommodate those who have difficulty with stairs.
