Beautifully furnished recently partially refurbished and updated including fireplace. This first class home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Big screen TV's in most rooms with HD programming and includes electric heated pool and Jacuzzi tub. High-speed wireless Internet throughout the house. The newly added boat dock allows relaxing right by the water. Enjoy the patio and BBQ with friends over a terrific view of the canal and a vanishing edge on the pool. We also offer boats for rent! 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
