This modern style home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a king sized master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room and 2 twin beds in the second guest room. The Living room features theater style reclining sofas perfect and a 60-inch big screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a joy even when you’re on vacation.
A gas grill outside will make your poolside cooking and entertainment a memorable time. Sit and relax on the lanai with eastern exposure and take a dive into the pool, which is electric, heated and can be adjusted to your desired temperature.
High Speed Internet and Wireless throughout the home. There is a separate office off of the den, should you need to conduct business while you visit, you can retreat.
The home also features a boat dock where you can enjoy sunset by the water.
This is a 3-bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
