Welcome to Villa Andrea!! This 80's built home is one to remember and to guarantee you a wonderful vacation in sunny southwest Florida. Fully remodeled and modernly furnished this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Take a dive into the electric heated pool for full relaxation. Bedrooms are set up as King bed in the master bedroom and both guest bedrooms are queen sized beds. There is a TV in the living area and also in the guest bedroom. The bathrooms are very modernly furnished and include a tub and shower in the master and a Shower-tub combination in the guest bathroom. The kitchen in this beautiful home will assure you a feeling of being at home as it is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. For all of our outdoor friendly guests, this home has a gas BBQ grill which will make entertaining your guests a breeze. Important: Guests under 12 are free of charge.
