Our Villa is bordered by Woodlands with a high level of seclusion and is set in a residential surrounding with a picturesque lake. Local shops for all your self-catering needs are only within 2 minutes drive or easy walking distance alongside the lake. There you will find 2 Shopping Plazas, with a Supermarket, Chemist, fast food outlets, Blockbuster video outlet and a Bank. The main Disney attractions are very accessible and within about 15 minutes. The villa has a larger than average Screened pool (Solar and Electric heated) with an extended patio area and a wide range of patio furniture included comfortable sun lounges and a BBQ. Also a fully equipped spacious modern kitchen and breakfast area with such amenities as fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher and all necessary utensils- life around the villa could not be easier!. Separate Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Spacious open plan living room/dining area opening onto pool area including 3 Seater Sofa (which can be made into a double bed) and 2 seat sofa and Glass Top Dining Table and 6 chairs. Kissimmee itself is within a 10 minute drive and the 'Loop' within only 5 minute drive where you will find a wide choice of restaurants and shops. Discounted Golf package is available at award winning golf course nearby.
