This is a very spacious 4 bedroom with 2.5 bathroom villa. It spreads over two floors. The tastefully furnished and decorated interior has an open concept floor plan.
As you enter this villa the lounge and full kitchen overlook the patio and pool area with the guest bathroom leading out to the pool while the utility room with washer and dryer leads to the garage. The second floor provides two king master suites and a queen room. The kid’s room is amazing with two twin beds and a bunk bed easily sleeping four and the family bathroom completes our boasting about this villa.
In The upscale Bass Lakes Estate Community just of SR 192 and Bass Road we are within walking distance to the Super Walmart, and a few minutes by car to shops and restaurants. The estate provides a well maintained playground and private dock for fishing.
The villa is 15 minutes to Disney Main gate, 30 minutes to Universal Studio and 15 minutes to Sea World. ** During Christmas, New Year and Easter a minimum of 5 nights is required**
