This affordable 5 bedroom Aviana Resort vacation rental is loaded with all the amenities you want on your vacation and the location is just perfect. Located in the beautiful Aviana Resort community, just 10 miles from Disney and the Disney theme parks and just 7 miles to Champions Gate golf courses, this is the west side of Disney. Known for its quiet and great golf courses!
Aviana is a gated resort that's well located for families who want to visit all the theme parks during their stay. Aviana is situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with plenty of amenities that range from a wonderful clubhouse with its zero-entry, heated pool and spa that’s surrounded by a spacious sun deck to a gathering room, exercise room and sand volleyball court among others! Located just off highway 17/92, this family resort gives great access to the parks, shops and restaurants in the area but most of all, for the golfers in your group you are only 1 mile to Providence Golf and Country Club and Reunion (5 miles), Champions Gate (7 miles).

After a long day of exploring the Orlando area, you can come back and take a dip in the sparkly, clean pool or even relax in the bubbly spa. The pool has a covered lanai, patio table with chairs and pool loungers and pool access doors that have an audible alarm which acts as an added layer of protection for your kids. The pool looks out onto a conservation area so privacy isn’t an issue. A BBQ is provided for your use! An audible alarm is available for use for the pool to protect our youngest guests.
