This amazing home has every comfort and is decorated and furnished with stylish furnishings and equipment. This great Orlando villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The superb family room has sumptuous soft sofas to relax on whilst watching a movie, there is also a DVD Player, tables and lamps in this fantastic room.The kitchen comes with all imaginable appliances, pots pans, flatware, silverware and glassware are all supplied. There is a laundry room with full size front loading automatic washing machine and dryer. There is a dining area with seating for 6 guests as well as further seating and tables throughout the villa and pool deck area.
The splendid master bedroom is fit for a king and queen! It consists of a king size bed, tables, lamps, alarm clock , walk in closet, phone, dresser, 32 inch LCD TV/DVD player, the private en suite bathroom has a large tub bath, oversized double walk in shower, twin sink and separate toilet. The 2nd King size master-bedroom is exactly the same size as the master, chest of drawers, tables, lamps, a 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD player and has a en-suite bathroom with double size walk in shower, twin basins. In fact plenty enough room for two families. There is a further full size bedroom with 32 inch LCD TV/DVD player so no arguments. All bedrooms also have lamps tables, clock, ample hanging and drawer storage space. Two more bedrooms consist of twin beds with large closets and table lamps.
All bathrooms (a total of 4.5) have baths, sinks, showers and toilets so this should help out with the morning rush hour before visiting the areas many attractions!
The pool deck area does not have any overlooking homes at the rear of the property, in fact its all conservation land so the outlook is amazing especially whilst watching the sun go down as you sip your chilled drink in the spa. There is plenty of comfortable seating, sun loungers and tables on the deck. This area is full screened in to help keep out any bugs and the pool has an optional safety fence to protect from children accidentally falling in.
This wonderful Orlando villa is definitely a cut above the rest and it is easy to see that a lot of thought and expense has been put into the detail and quality of furnishings at the home.
