The screened private pool has a shaded lanai where you can sit on the comfortable pool deck furniture, the pool is secured for your privacy and there is a removable pool side fence which is in place for the safety of our younger guests should you need it.
There is a raised bubbly spa for you, your family and friends to sit, relax or laze out in the warm Sunshine of Florida. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for a quick family snack or that special meal for loved ones. You can choose to eat at the informal breakfast area, or at the formal dinning table.
There is free broadband web access, just take your laptop with you, there is a telephone offering free local calls and an answering machine for messages from friends and family for when you are out and about. International calls can be made with a calling card that could be purchased locally and at Wal-Mart.
Accommodation arrangements at the Villa includes a master bedroom suite with a King-size bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom that includes a walk in shower area, a sink with vanity unit with illuminated mirror and a toilet, a door leading to the pool area from the bathroom, cable TV, telephone, clock/radio, dresser, night-stands with lamps, and a walk-in closet space, a patio door leading to the shaded lanai by the extended pool deck.
The second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, dresser, Cable TV, telephone, a walk in closet space, en-suite bathroom which has a sink with vanity unit, an illuminated mirror, a toilet.
A third bedroom provides 2 single-size beds, with night stand and lamp, cable TV, dresser and closet space, this bedroom shares a family bathroom with a fourth bedroom that's perfect for the children, it has 2 single-size beds, with night stand and lamp, cable TV, dresser and closet space. Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper/sofa in the family room for additional sleeping requirements. There is a separate Utility Area which provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
