Sunshine Villa at The Abbey
Your ideal vacation villa is in The Abbey at West Haven, a small exclusive gated community set in a peaceful location within natural Florida surroundings. As well as luxury and privacy, you have an easy drive to Disneyworld, all the other attractions, not to mention the many Golf courses in the area.
Enjoy the space, light and privacy of the villa layout with its vaulted ceilings and large patio doors. The Great Room, the Master Bedroom, and one of the twin bedrooms all face South over the pool to open fields.
The Family Room
Enjoy the spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings, and 8' high patio doors to the lanai and pool area, facing south to the Orange Groves. For cable fans, there is a 40" cable TV with DVD, CD and VCR players; and also a library of books and games.
Bedrooms - 2 ensuites, 2 twin
There are 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, 26" cable HDTVs, radio-alarm clocks, hair-dryers, and telephones. One spacious Master has a king sized bed and faces south with its own patio doors to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, double vanitory unit with illuminated mirror, and a large walk-in closet. The other Master has a queen sized bed.
There are also 2 twin bedrooms, with 19" HDTV/DVD combos, sharing the third bathroom. This, the 'family' bathroom, is just opposite one of the doors to the pool area, so that no-one needs to drip through the main room for a shower !!
Dining - Indoors or Out !!
One of the joys of renting a villa is the freedom to do what you want when you want. Enjoy the full kitchen with all the equipement and facilities you might want - a typical large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, full over, hob, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and even an electric can-opener.
You can choose the larger dining area (opposite)just off the great room for the family; or enjoy alfesco meals in the shade of the lanai (above)or at night with outdoor lights as the sun sets.
There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen for those staggered meals to cater for the early risers and the later risers.
Pool
We do have neighbors on either side, both sides screened with verdant jasmine trellises.
The covered lanai is completely private and not overlooked. The ceiling fan creates a gentle breeze even on the hottest days, and its sheltered nature allows you to escape any breezes in the cooler months.
Snowbirds and longer stays welcome - please ask for special rates.
