It is located only 12 miles from the Disney Resort area, about 15 minutes to Seaworld and only 20 minutes to Universal Studios.
Chatham Park has amazing scenery with beautiful lakes that are home to the many species of wild and exotic birds that frequent this part of the world.The resort amenities include a community pool, basketball court, tennis court, children’s play area, and there are also several lakes throughout the community. All these are available for use during your stay at the resort.
