Property Description This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathrrom townhome can sleep up to 6 people. It comes fully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, and a view of the dining area and living area. The living room is just off the kitchen and has two large sofas and TV. The dining room has a modern, wooden table and 6 chairs. It’s the perfect place to sit down with the family and enjoy a meal. Of the three bedrooms, one has 2 singles beds, another has a queen size bed and the other is the master with an en-suite bathroom. In the back of the property there is a lovely screened small patio with a splash pool and patio furniture. Community Description Windsor Palms Resort Community is a fabulous gated vacation home community and is an ideal place for your family’s Disney vacation. This vacation community is surrounded by wide boulevards and beautifully set in sub-tropical, palm fringed streets and is extremely close to Walt Disney World, just 3.5 miles. These vacation rental homes and condos surround a 7500 square foot clubhouse consisting of a large swimming pool with sun deck and hot tub, separate toddler pool and spa. Inside the clubhouse there is an internet café, state-of-the-art fitness center with treadmills, stepper, weight machine and stationary bike, convenience store, arcade games, pool and ping pong tables, a 58-seat cinema where you can play your own family-oriented DVD's, and a sundry shop that is open from 8:00am to 10:30pm. On the outside there are tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and a half-court basketball court, as well as a children’s playground, picnic and barbecue area. There is also a shuttle service to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios (local charges apply.) The Windsor Palms community is gated and supervised 24 hours a day. Just two minutes from the Windsor Palms entrance, you will find US Highway 192 with all of the unique souvenir shops, miniature golf, numerous restaurants to choose from as well as supermarkets.
