Located in the highly sought-after community of Windsor Hills, this vacation home is sure to please all who stay here. The kitchen overlooks the main communal areas, which makes it great for entertaining. It has stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats up to three, at the kitchen dining area, which seats up to four, or at the formal dining area, which seats up to eight people comfortably. There are two living room areas. The first living room area is at the front of the house by the front door. It has a comfortable blue L-shaped sofa and large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. The second living room area is at the back of house right next to the kitchen. It has comfy leather seating and another flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Having these two living room areas is perfect for large groups staying together who may want to watch different things at the same time. Are you a Star Wars fan? If so, head straight to the converted garage. Here, you'll find a Star-Wars-themed TV and games room, complete with cozy seating, bean bag chairs, Xbox One games console, arcade video games, pinball table, and a foosball table. You'll be sure to spend hours in this room. And don't worry, the converted garage/games room is fully air conditioned! If you fancy some outdoor entertainment, head to the screened-in pool area at the back of the house. Here, you'll find a large, refreshing pool for all to cool off in and a spa to relax in. There's also a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for all to sit down and relax on. And for those who want to work on their tan, there are also some sunbeds dotted around the pool area. What's more, for those who want to kick a ball around, there is good-size grassy yard right behind the pool area.
There are six bedrooms. The first bedroom has queen-size bed. The second bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, desk, and en-suite bathroom, complete with garden tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 single-over-single bunkbeds and is themed to Marvel superheroes. The fifth bedroom also has two single-over-single bunkbeds and is Disney princess themed. And the sixth bedroom has a king-size bed. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities (located upstairs).
