Property Description This vacation villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 8. It’s located in Westridge and is perfect for a large family or two families wanting to stay together. The interior decorations are modern yet comfortable. There are two living rooms: the formal and informal living rooms. The formal living room has a large L-shape sectional with a coffee table that hides four small seats. There are two large pieces of modern art work hanging about the sofa, which really makes the room feel warm and welcoming. There is also a small desk. The room is perfect for socializing with others before dinner. The second living room, the family room, has two large, comfortable sofas with plenty of cushions, tall ceilings, access to the pool, and a large flat screen TV. This room is perfect for sitting back, relaxing, and watching a movie after a long day at the park. The fully-equipped kitchen is large and has black appliances, updated cabinetry, plenty of workspace, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Just off the kitchen is the breakfast nook, which also seats four. If you’re looking to dine a little more formally, there is a dining room with large table and seating for up to 6. This is the perfect place to have a meal with everyone around the same table.There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has private access to the pool, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom is perfect for another couple as it has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third room is great for young children because it’s Disney themed and has two single beds. The fourth room has another queen-size bed. Think you’ll need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem. This villa comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. When it’s time to relax at the villa, there’s no better place than to do so outside by the large private pool and spa. The pool is screened in to protect everyone from those pesky insects. There are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan. And for those who want to be outside but not in the sun, there’s a table and four chairs to sit sat under the covered lanai. Community Description Westridge vacation rental home community is located along Highway 27 between US 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5-10-minute drive. Disney’s main gates are approximately a 15-minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full-time residents and short-term vacation rental homes. The homes are on relatively large lots in a landscape of gently rolling hills. This community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, a clubhouse with wireless access, game room, play area for children, fitness center, floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts available to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast, you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Champions Gate Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses.
