Wonderful 4 bed 3 bath pool and spa home in a sought after Cul De Sac location in the gated Shire neighborhood in West Haven in Davenport. Beautiful furnished home with exceptional sunny south facing pool and spa looking onto retention area for complete privacy & no rear neighbors. As you enter the home, there is a large kitchen with breakfast nook which has a charming bay window, perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen has tile floor, canned lighting & solid surface counters and looks out into the dining and living room. The living room is large and looks out on to the covered lanai, pool and view of the retention area at the rear. This home has a large master bedroom that overlooks the pool and has a large master bath with separate shower, tub, double vanities and walk in closet. There are 3 further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a pool bath which can also be accessed from the lanai, making this perfect for vacation rentals and long days by the pool. The home is just minutes from stores and restaurants.
West Haven
West haven is located in Davenport and is a group of separate communities all gated within this area.
The homes are 3,4,5 and 6 bedrooms, most with private pools and there are communities within that have there own small community pool and playgrounds. The development is lush in landscaping and is only a few minutes from both the SR27 and the Interstate 4 both of which will get you into the Orlando theme parks and surrounding restaurants and stores. The development is very close to the Posner Park shopping center which has a Cinemax theater as well as various eatery's and a Starbucks.
