MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION
There are two themed twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. The main spacious lounge/dining room and kitchen are open plan. The family room has HDTV with 300 + channels, DVD, CD media system two sofas, library of hardback and paperback novels to read The large triple sliding patio doors that give access to the pool area. The adjoining dining room has double sliding doors to outside covered lanai dining area.
The large master bedroom includes a Californian king sized bed, cable HDTV Flat screen, clock, ceiling fan and a walk in closet with safe. Large double sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a large walk in shower and separate garden style oval tub. This room also has uninterrupted views across the lake.
Bedroom two is at the front of the villa and looks onto the garden area. It has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV/DVD, clock, fitted closet and drawer unit. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower.
Bedrooms three and four have twin beds, TV/DVD, fitted beds fitted closets, drawer units and share a separate full bathroom.
The fifth bedroom has been set up as the den/playroom. It has two beds set up as sofas and a three-seated settee that can be used as a double bed. The spacious airy den has its own TV/DVD; media centre and have a rope ladder hanging across the ceiling with lots of Disney characters climbing across it. Don’t worry if you have a budding Tarzan it cannot be reached from the floor. Can be used as a second lounge or bedroom, very popular with our younger guests this room shares the family bathroom.
The pool area has covered lanai with table and chairs and ceiling fan.
The deck has a shower and sun beds, accessible by sliding doors from the master bedroom, dining and family room. Our fully screened private heated pool has underwater optic coloured lighting, making night swimming inviting! It shelves from 3’ to 6.6” and is approx 27 foot long and 14 foot wide.
The extended corner location at the top of the lake has a tropical landscaping and palm trees providing privacy with a large manicured lawns screened by woodlands, ideal for children to run around on this is to the right side of the Villa.
For the budding fisherman the lake is stocked with wide mouth bass… fishing tackle is available to our guests at no extra charge.
