The kitchen is large, bright, and airy. It has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for up to 5. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the standard kitchen utensils and small appliances. If you need more seating so that everyone can dine together, there's a formal dining area just off the kitchen, which has a huge, wooden rectangular table and seating for up to 12 people.

There are two living areas to handle the number of people that can stay here. The first living room, the main living room, is downstairs and has a large flat screen TV mounted to wall, a large white leather L-shaped sectional sofa, a contemporary orange chair, and a lime-colored contemporary chair.

If things get a little too crowded or some people want to watch something different, they can head upstairs to the 2nd living area. There, you'll find a large room with a large leather L-shaped sectional sofa, a red bean bag, and, of course, a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall.

Besides watching TV, there are a few things you can do in this house. First of all, you can head out the back-patio door and enter the large screened-in pool area. Here, you'll find a large lagoon-shaped pool to cool off in, a covered lanai with a wicker table, chairs, and stools, and a BBQ to grill something tasty on. There are also some sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan.

If you'd rather be inside, then head to the games room in the converted garage. There, you'll find a foosball table, a table tennis table, and a pool table. The games room is bound to be enjoyed by everyone staying in this house.

• The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower and dual vanities.
