This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa in Santa Cruz has been designed to provide spacious living accommodation for up to 8 guests. The resort of Santa Cruz is a quite neighbourhood and the private pool and spa are not overlooked.

The family room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, lamps, cable TV,VCR, dining table seating six persons and doors leading to the patio area.
The master bedroom is accessed from the family room and contains a Queen size bed (equivalent to UK King size bed), bedside tables and lamps, digital alarm clock, walk-in closet, dressing table with mirror. There is also cable TV.The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing basin, large walk-in shower, bath and wc. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests use.

The second bedroom contains a Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, lamp, CD player and large walk-in closet. The third bedroom contains twin beds, chest of drawers with lamp, large walk-in closet. There is also a TV with local channels and Playstation 2. This is located adjacent to bedrooms two and three and has bath/shower, wash basin and wc.

The kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pots/pans are also provided. There is a telephone providing FREE local calls. Phone cards can be purchased locally. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer.

In the games room there is a pool table and foosball table for guests use.
