PPR5504 is a 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms vacation home that sleeps 10. 3014 sq. ft.
This beautiful luxury property has an open-plan living room with a luxurious reclining leather sofa, a comfortable chaise longue and a 50" SMART LCD HD flat screen cable TV and DVD PLAYER.
The large, modern and open-plan kitchen comes complete with everything you need for home-from-home dining. There is seating for four at the large breakfast counter. You also have a dining table for six.
The home features five large bedrooms all with 32" SMART LED HD TV. The first story has a master suite with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom right next door.
The second story has an extra-large master suite with a king size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and the fifth bedroom a king size bed. On the second floor you will also find a movie room with a 50" LED HD SMART TV and a Play Station 4
The air conditioned garage has plenty to keep you entertained including a Fast & Furious Supercar Arcade Game , Pac-Man arcade party with many games, and Air Hockey.
The pool and spa area is very private with lovely views over the conservation area. The pool features underwater lighting, has a pool safety fence and can be heated at an additional cost. This home has a high capacity washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board. For families with babies there is a high chair and a fold-out crib for your convenience.
