This newly constructed and custom designed Mediterranean Villa boasts one of the only private white sand beaches in Miami. The west facing window filled rear facade and the dramatically Romanesque pool and spa are open to romantic sunsets and spectacular western views of the pristine intracoastal tropical bay. This luxurious Villa features 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in an amazing 6,500 sq ft space.

Each stunning bathroom is decorated in its own motif with colorful Italian mosaic tiles that emphasize the Italianate feel of the property. Each of the 7 bedrooms is large and spacious with custom made California closets in each.

The upstairs has been laid with glowingly sumptuous Brazilian Cherry flooring throughout and the ceilings are a stunning eleven feel high. The walls and ceiling are painted flat white to emphasize the iridescent natural light. All the interior doors are a monolithic 8 feet tall and have been lovingly hand crafted from solid Santos Mahogany.

The kitchen, a chef’s dream, spares no amenity. A double Wolf Stove/ Convection oven, a Sub-Zero Refrigerator, a Wolf 4 burner cook top with griddle, a wine fridge, and a Dish / washer are all clad in stainless steel to enhance the modern feeling of the space. The kitchen windows face west to the bay and invite an abundance of natural light into the room. The countertops are of sea green and the cabinets of maple, with true divided light construction. The main level has Italian 24”x 24” Travertine marble flooring throughout.

The Villa's heated pool is paired with an immense (Soft Flow NON HEATED) Jetted Whirpool that seats 15 people comfortably (Safe for Children). The landscaping centers on a sprawling lawn that drops gently to the soft white sand beach and its shipshape dock. The hand-crafted thatched roof cabana seats 25 comfortably, is equipped with a stainless steel grill and is steps from the pool and the beach. This is a grillers dream! The grounds that frame this wonderful oasis are abundant with tropical flowers, 15 different species of palm trees, pineapple plants and much more add to the visual stimulation. A 65 ft dock for private yachts or a few small boats is available for an additional fee.

**Full housekeeping mandatory for stays of more than 1 week, daily cleaning is $150, weekly cleaning is $800 (for 6 days), chef services are available at $350 per meal or $750 per day for 3 meals (Includes shopping for groceries but does not include the cost of food/beverage.). Dock rental is additional at $500 per week, which is shared. There is a man made beach, please keep it clean during your stay and do not litter. Includes high speed internet (wireless), local phone calls, cable, and heated pool. Ask about making this a fully catered house. We do not allow parties or people under 25 to rent, this is a residential area.**
