Luxury villa with large heated pool on picturesque lake in Naples Area, South West, US: Florida 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.

Our new luxury family home furnished with no expense spared is situated on a private gated community in Naples Florida. The south facing screened lanai has a larger than average heated pool overlooking a picturesque lake. There is a shaded patio area outside the lounge doors which is ideal for BBQ's and alfresco dining and has seating for eight.

Our Executive familiy home has a Master bedroom with a Fourposter Kingsize bed en suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower in the main suite The bedroom has access to the pool area through large patio doors with view over the lake. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom/shower. It also has access to the pool area through patio doors. The third bedroom has twin beds with an adjoining bathroom. The forth suite at the front of the villa has its own door from the lounge with a double bedroom and its own bath/shower room. There is a crib/cot available for babies.

The villa is ideal for couples or families. The living room (lounge with formal dining area) and family room (with seating for 8). The breakfast area in the kitchen is very convenient with seating for 4.

There are 2 tennis courts, Volley Ball,Basketball a Driving Range and childrens play area, along with a full size swimming pool and sun loungers for the use of residents also a Clubhouse.

Naples elegant 5th Ave with its fabulous shops/restaurants and Pier is only 8 minutes drive away.
