It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 4 people, and is located in the Bonita Fairways Community.The kitchen is large, has modern appliances, and comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you’d need to put together a great meal. The dining area has a circular glass table and seating for up to 4 people. When you’re ready to relax after a long day out on the golf course, there’s no better place to come back to than the living room. It has a leather sofa, leather recliner, modern art work on the wall, and a flat screen TV. If you want a place to use your laptop, there’s a small office area with a desk and sofa.There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. These rooms are perfect for couples of a small family of 3. Community Description Whether you golf nine holes or eighteen, once a day or once a week, solo or with a friend, Bonita Fairways makes it a pleasure. It's a 3400-yard, executive golf course, par 61, designed by Gordon Lewis...a course that's perfect for all ages and levels of golfing! There is also a communal pool for those hot days and a club house with a fitness room to work out in. The location is great! Very close to grocery shopping, Coconut Point Mall, restaurants, and an 8-minute drive to the beach. You are located in between Fort Myers, and Naples as well. So, you can drive to 5th Ave for dinner, or the Ford Edison house for a history lesson. Other Information - This property requires a mandatory HOA (Home Owners Association) application and application fee that must be completed/received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. They also require a $300.00 Security Depsoit to be paid to them directly (this is returned up to 30 days after your departure). The property HOA must approve all applicants before you are able to access the property. - During peak season (January, February, and March), this property can only be rented from the 1st to the 1st of each month.

• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
