You don’t get much closer to the beach than this! Staying here puts you directly on the beach! This beachfront condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people (with use of the sofa bed). This is a great place for a small family to stay. The kitchen is at the front of the condo and comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It has modern appliances and granite countertops It also overlooks the dining and living areas. The dining area has seating for 6, and the living room has two sofas (one of which folds out to a full-size bed), a flat screen TV, and a patio door, which lets in plenty of natural light and leads to the covered balcony / lanai with that has amazing ocean views.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family This unit is on the ground floor. Community Details SeaScape’s amenities include a private fishing dock, private tennis courts, and a large communal swimming pool that is only a few steps from the white sandy beaches. More Information - Upon arrival to Seascape, you’re required to pay a $75.00 registration / parking fee. This is mandatory and non-refundable. - During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.

• Der Gesamtbetrag muss 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt bezahlt sein.
• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
