Property Description Want somewhere to stay that’s directly on the beach? You’re in luck! This condo is in the Casa Bonita II condo building that is located smack dab on Bonita Beach. Let’s find out what the inside of the condo has to offer. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s located on the 7th floor (accessible by elevator), which mean you’ll have amazing beach and ocean views from the unit. As you enter the condo, you’ll soon realize that it has a real tropical feel to it thanks to the use of colors and types of furnishings. The kitchen a good size and comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has white cabinets, granite countertops, modern appliances, and it has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4 people. It also overlooks the dining and living areas. If the breakfast bar doesn’t have enough seating, or if you want somewhere a little more formal to eat, use the dining area. It has a beautiful oval table and seating for up to 6 people. The living room is sophisticated and cozy. It has a large comfortable white sofa, two green armchairs, a large flat screen TV in the corner of the room for your entertainment, and a large glass patio door that lets in plenty of natural light and lets out everyone onto the awesome screened-in balcony. Here, there’s wicker furniture for everyone to sit on and look out toward the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect place to sit back and relax with your favorite beverage on a Florida evening. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a large king-size bed, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Community Description Enjoy the outdoor communal pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is directly on the beach. Little Hickory Island is a quiet and special spot! Fishing, Boating, beach walks and all watersports are just outside your door. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, stroll the white sand beach and slow down time in this perfect vacation home. Being here puts you within walking distance of many restaurants. Other Information - During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented from the 1st to the 1st.
