Property Description Are you a couple looking for a place to stay that has gorgeous gulf views and is only a 5 minute walk (.2 miles) to the closet beach? You’re in luck! This 8th floor condo has both (there is an elevator in the building). It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and it sleeps up to 2 people. The living room is cozy and has a sofa, 2 small armchairs, a flat screen TV, and a glass patio door that provides access to the balcony and views of the gulf. The L-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty, and it has a small breakfast nook/dining area with seating for up to 3 people. The open plan bedroom has a king-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Community Description The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools and a full-service restaurant, ten Har-Tru tennis courts and plenty of other outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to Doc's Beach House for great food, recreation, and beach rentals. This unit is in 2nd building, on the 8th floor with expansive views of the Bonita Beach area near the Bay and the Gulf. There is an elevator within the unit. Easy beach access with a simple walk across the street! If you're looking to work on your tan, feel free to walk downstairs and sit out by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sand of the beach across the street.

• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
