Property Description This private vacation villa is perfect for large families or groups looking for somewhere to stay that’s close to Disney World. Located in the Retreat at Legacy Park, this private pool villa has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, over 3,000 square feet, and sleeps up to 12 people. It’s just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. There are a total of 3 sitting areas, two of which have TV's for family entertainment. There is a large, open, fully-equipped kitchen that has modern appliances, plenty of counterspace, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a breakfast nook that seats 6. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen size-bed, private pool access, and an en-suite bathroom. The additional 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom is large and has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The third bedroom has two singles beds. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds, and the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. Like pool, both types: the one you play and the one you swim in? You’re in luck. This place has both. The garage has a full-size pool table for everyone to enjoy, and outside, there is a large, lagoon-shaped pool with spa. If you don’t fancy taking a dip, lay down on one of the sun loungers and work on your tan. If you want to get out of the sun for a bit, sit down and relax under the covered lanai.
