There are loudspeakers mounted outside by the Tiki Bar for endless entertainment pleasures. The family room includes a large 50" LED TV for watching sports or movies - home also comes with over 100 channels of cable to choose from.
You will find the kitchen fully equipped for enjoying homemade meals. All appliances are upgraded and modern with a center island. The stainless steel fridge has a water filter with an ice cube maker for a refreshing glass of water.
The large open dining room has painted walls that give you a feeling of dining in a wine cellar. There is an additional dining table to seat 4 guests with additional 4 bar stools located nearby to accommodate a larger family. The oversized pool has a spa that has a beautiful waterfall flowing. The pool deck is oversized and has plenty of room to play and to soak up the sun.
There is plenty of seating for 6 guests at one table and an additional 4 more guests in the 2nd table. There are also 4 large sun loungers that have comfortable cushions for those wanting to dry off after enjoying the pool water. The Tiki Bar has its own roof with plenty of party lights for the right holiday feeling.
In addition there are lots of lamps for candle lights for a comfortable candle night light. You will have lots of sun for most of the day as the sun area is south-west facing which gives the most sun. However there is also a shaded lanai for those seeking some shade. There is a security fence, if needed for use when children are present.
In front of the house there is a small Bistro seating for 4 where you can look at the sunrise in the quiet mornings while listening to the birds.
The neighborhood is very family oriented as you may sit outside and watch the yellow school buses pick up school children.
- Bedroom 1 - King Size Master (2 Pax) The large master bedroom has direct access to the pool. Master bath has a huge bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large shower and a garden tub for having a hot bubble bath.
- Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Master (2 Pax) The next suite has a queen size bed and with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower. This room also has direct access to the pool.
- Bedroom 3 - TWO Twin Size (2 Pax) This bedroom comes with 2 twin beds and has a shared bathroom with a shower. A TV is included in this bedroom.
- Bedroom 4 - TWO Twin Size (2 Pax) This bedroom features two twin size beds and shares a bathroom with shower. There is a TV in this bedroom.
- 5th Bedroom/DEN - Double Sleeper (2 Pax) The fifth bedroom is a den with the double sleeper and includes a TV with DVD and surround sound.
