This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned and consists of a spacious lounge/diner, kitchen,utility room, private pool and with luxury furnishings and equipped to a high standard.
Situated at the rear of the villa is the large private screened swimming pool. The pool is heated by way of Solar so it is possible to have warm water all year round It also has a separate pool for the children and a very large patio area with patio furniture available. All patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed to avoid young children entering the area unnoticed. New to the pool area is a child's safety fence and Hot-Tub/Spa.
The garage has been turned into a games room, has a American pool, Foosball and Air Hockey tables which provides endless entertainment. Great for kids and adults alike. There is also free Internet access and free International calls.
The lounge/diner is fully furnished in the `Floridian style`. It is comfortable spacious and cool ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at Disney theme parks. There is cable television and an entertainment unit for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All essential crockery, cutlery etc is provided along with a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A washing and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room. High chair and stroller are available.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, a large corner bath and walk-in shower and WC, the bedroom has the added luxury of Cable TV and matching furniture. The other bedrooms consist of one with a queen size bed, one with twin beds and one with a triple bunk bed comprising of a double and single bed. All these rooms have large wardrobes and cable TV. They all share the family bathroom
