Located just 5 miles west of Disney´s main entrance, this villa is in the new subdivision of Indian Creek. This single story 5bed-3bath-pool+spa home is Completely equipped with all the necessary furniture, beds, kitchenware, linens and towels, this is truly a gem of a house.

The home sleeps 10 plus 1 baby in cot in perfect comfort. A king bed in the master suite, two queen beds and two twin rooms outfit the bedrooms. The living room-dining room combination is quite expansive and the vaulted ceiling with skylights make this room feel even more spacious. The whimsical decor leans toward the nautical and gives this home a festive Florida holiday feel.

Bedrooms
The property consists of 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, two with queen size beds, two twin rooms, one a themed Winnie the Poo.
The spacious lounge is an ideal place to relax during the evening. It houses three large sofas, a dining table, storage units, a television, video recorder, DVD, Sony Playstation, Wii and numerous box games for all ages.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit; it also contains a large nook area with a breakfast table and bar stools. We supply all new china and glassware and other pots and pans, cutlery, blender and baby feeding accessories - ie. bowls, bottles, spoons, sterilising unit (see bottom of page).

Pool
Through the sliding glass doors from the living room, you exit out to the luxurious pool and patio area. The backyard is private, and the combination pool and spa are screen enclosed. If the jets are not running, the spa is designed to double as a kiddy pool . The patio gets great sun exposure, and there is plenty of patio furniture to help you soak up the sun. Pool towels and a bbq are at your disposal
