Property Description The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in Hampton Lakes, and it sleeps up to 8. For the times when you want to have a quiet conversation with someone, there is a formal living room at the front of the villa. And for those times when you want a more intimate dining experience, there is also a formal dining area with seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with modern appliances and plenty of countertop space. The kitchen overlooks the informal dining area, which has an L-shaped sectional sofa, a flat screen TV, Nintendo games console, and a patio door that leads to the pool area. The screened-in, south facing swimming pool overlooks the conservation area to the rear. It also has sun loungers and a table and chairs. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
