This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is situated in the gated community of Highgrove Estates, one of Florida's newest and most prestigious holiday developments.
This two-storey home is designer furnished to a high standard with 2,700 sq ft of air conditioned living space and five large bedrooms, would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. The added bonus of this home is the large Games room with a full size pool table, Air Hockey Table, foosball and elecronic bowling machine.
Ideally located on the US 27 and just 5 minutes from the Interstate 4 and on the western end of the US 192, you will have an easy access to all of Orlando's main traveling routes.
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. Walt Disney World can be reached in just 8 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several golf courses just a few minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.
