Set in the tranquil gated community of Formosa Garden Estates, less than 2 miles to Disney World. The owners are Interior designers who have spared no expense in creating a luxurious home you won't want to leave. Expansive 74' x 40' deck enclosed by a custom designed screen to protect against bugs. The 42' x 28' double pool has a social/kiddies pool, spill over waterfalls, a gas heated jacuzzi and advanced fibre optic lighting with optional auto colour change. An advanced filtration system ensures a sparkling, ripple free pool. Surrounded by palms and shrubs, this is a tropical paradise! 'We consider al fresco living a vital aspect of Floridian lifestyle. The 26ft covered lanai, with dining for 20 no.is perfect for warm and barmy nights and is equipped with wall-lights, ceiling fans and piped music to choice. A separate open air terrace has been provided for those who wish to soak up the sun or escape the pool area. Altogether there are 16 comfortably upholstered loungers and armchairs'. Comfort is an important feature of this house, with deep comfortable sofas and luxurious bedrooms with pillowtop mattresses and seating areas in every room. The house has a range of safety features including interconnected smoke alarms, security alarm system, emergency lighting at every exit, fire extinguisher, child alarms at doors to pool and a safe.
