Villa Valhalla is a 3 bedroom home with Intracoastal views offering 110' of waterfront and private pool. The Master bedroom features King size bed with en suite bath. The guest rooms each feature queen sized bedrooms, each decorated for the traveler looking for comfort and a tropical feel. The guest bathrooms are completely renovated and have marble throughout.
The living area gives you a sense of privacy and features a large screen television, DVD player and lots of great seating for watching late night movies with friends and family. A really great feature of the home are the open windows to the pool, giving you a sense of being at one with your surroundings. Watching the yachts float by as you enjoy your time indoors or out.
The kitchen features hardwood cabinetry and granite countertops with top of the line appliances. The owner has made sure that the kitchen would be welcoming to any guests coming in, as he understands the needs for family gatherings and that meals are that one time of the day when the family unwinds together. There is a formal dining area and lots of great cutlery, dishes, pots and pans.
The pool area is fantastic and gives you the bonus of being able to enjoy the day with kids around the pool, which is heated during the winter. It’s a lovely option for those coming in the winter. Just minutes from the beach, walk to shops and restaurants. A short drive to famous Las Olas Boulevard.

• 25% Anzahlung bei Buchung (minimum $300). Anzahlung wird bei Stornierung seitens des Kunden nicht erstattet.
• Der Gesamtbetrag muss 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt bezahlt sein.
• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
