Beautifully furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard, all bedrooms have flat screen televisions with built in DVD players. The kitchen boasts all the amenities one could want and is fully stocked with all cutlery, cups, plates and pots and pans. With an island and spacious counter tops the kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks or large meals for the whole family if you choose not to eat out at one of the many local restaurants. The open plan kitchen also features a breakfast table that looks out upon the lake/conservation area, perfect for preparing yourself for a fun day at Disney. All the bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with flat screen TV with cable and built in DVD players. There are 2 master bedrooms(one on the ground floor) with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, all have built in wardrobes 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites. All Bathrooms have bath/shower and hairdryers The air conditioned games room has pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts board so adults and children of all ages can have hours of fun. The prestigious security gated Emerald Island resort is close to shops and restaurants and is one of the closest residential communities to Disney World (approx 3 miles). Guests have free access to the clubhouse which has large heated community pool and hot tub, tikka bar, gymnasium, sauna, games room and cyber cafe. Kids play areas, tennis courts, volley ball sand court and nature trail are all located around the resort.

• Der Gesamtbetrag muss 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt bezahlt sein.
• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
