Pool Area
Golden Palms boasts a large South facing heated pool and spa. Guests can enjoy cooling off and relaxing in the pool while enjoying the uninterrupted views of a beautiful lake and woodland conservation area. With lots of sun loungers, seats and tables you can soak up the Floridian sunshine on the large pool deck that is not overlooked by another villa. Should you want to cool off and still enjoy the stunning scenery you can rest under the large lanai with ceiling fans. A high spec BBQ and a large outdoor dining table sets the scene for you to enjoy sizzling steaks in the tranquillity of the lake view. For peace of mind for those travelling with young children there is a pool safety fence and alarm on the patio door.

Games Room
With a top of the range slate bed pool table, foosball and TV in the games room hours of fun are to be had by both adults and children of all ages.

Bedrooms
There are 7 en suite bedrooms in Golden Palms, all are furnished to the highest standard and tastefully styled. There are 2 king size master bedrooms, 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bunk bed rooms. Every bedroom features TV’s with cable TV and DVD players, built in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms.

Bathrooms
There are 5.5 bathrooms in total; all are supplied with fresh towels and soaps upon your arrival. All of the bathrooms feature hairdryers.

Kitchen
Golden Palms boasts a kitchen with all the amenities one could want and is fully stocked with all cutlery, cups, plates, pots and pans. There is a large fridge freezer with an ice dispenser and a top of the range coffee percolator. You can prepare quick snacks or mouth watering meals with ease with the large counter tops and island. The open plan kitchen also features a breakfast table that looks out upon the conservation area and provides the perfect way to start the day while enjoying the sun rise. Upon your arrival a free grocery starter pack is provided so you can relax after your journey and begin your holiday of a lifetime immediately.

This villa had everything our family (children and grandchildren) needed! It was very neat, clean and well kept. Each family had their own spatious bedroom and bathroom. The pool was the biggest hit with the grandchildren! Having a washer and dryer was a plus! We were very close to Disney so we could take a midday break and go back to the parks at night. We will highly recommend this villa to our friends and family.

We were a family of 11 (the full range: kids, tweens, teens, parents and grandparents) staying at Golden Palms – and we all loved it. The house and pool were to a great spec and in a lovely setting; the few minor issues were sorted out immediately by the management company without a fuss. However, the best feature is the Villa's location which is within 10 mins of all the major Disney attractions and 20 mins to the shopping malls, Universal and SeaWorld attractions. It is the ideal spot for an extended family or two families together wishing to be close to the Orlando attractions but not wanting to stay within a resort complex.

As far as a review is concerned, we had a wonderful time. The spacious accommodation, fully equipped was appreciated by all ages. The pool was put to good use every day, and the hot tub in the late evenings before bed. The older children enjoyed playing pool and thought the ice-making feature of the fridge was very cool.

It was lovely to get home after a day at the parks, shower, change, and either head out to one of the many local eateries, or cook up something easy (bearing in mind that 8 of our party are vegetarian).

The three families felt able to please themselves, some in, some out, some playing in the pool, some watching TV. The house provided perfect flexibility which is just what we wanted.

We liked almost everything about the villa - it was a good size for our group. Nicely decorated, comfortable, luxurious! The two shared bathrooms worked well for us as we have two families with small children. It was great to have a selection of board games and dvds (even although none of them were used - too many other things to do, but if it had been a wet week they would have been used), and the games room was well used. Fantastic to have so many towels - that was unusual in our experience of self catering, but this was the first time we'd rented a villa in the States. Kitchen was a suitable size for the party, and equipped with the right sizes of cooking equipment for such a large group. As we ate all our main meals in that was really important for us. The pool and hot tub provided a great area to 'hang out' that allowed the adults to sit and chat while the children used up energy in the pool.

Thank you again for making this villa available for groups like ours. The week was one of the best we've ever had, and in no small measure due to the accommodation.

We loved the villa, my grandchildren ages 14, 12, 8, and 6 loved the pool; big enough for everyone. The games room was a great success, everyone had their own bedroom with a big comfy bed and the villa was equipped to a very high standard. All the main parks are only minutes away and so many restaurants 2mins by car. Local restaurants deliver to villa as well. We found so much to do to, many wonderful places to name, we visited a place called Boggy Creak and went on an airboat ride at night. It was brilliant, grandkids loved it and we saw 14 gators. We will remember this holiday for a long time to come.

My family - there were 13 of us - rented this home in March of this year. I would HIGHLY recommend this home. The house was beautiful, clean, and located in a great community. The kids (ages 5, 8, 11, 14) loved the pool and the game room and the Mickey themed room was a huge hit for the two youngest.
